Son axe de guidage (ASF) fait également office de support grâce à son plat usiné et peut être fixé directement à l’aide de taraudages (ASF-M) ou de trous en travers (ASF-V). Utilisation Par sa rigidité, cet ensemble peut être utilisé dans la construction mécanique ainsi que dans les machines-outils de grande précision. Grande capacité de charge, compact, bonne résistance à la chaleur sont ses principaux avantages. Construction Tout Métal , il est usiné dans de l’acier allié, trempé et rectifié (qualité B), rodé (qualité A). Les billes sont guidées par une cage massive en laiton fraisé. Einleitung Dieses neue Linearset Typ RSF-SUPER-ASF von SFERAX unterscheidet sich vom Standard-Typ RSF-ASF durch eine größere Belastbarkeit und der integrierten Nachschmier- vorrichtung. Die Führungswelle (ASF) dient durch ihre glatte Unterseite glei- chzeitig als Befestigungs-vor- richtung und wird wahlweise durch Gewinde (ASF-M) oder mit Durchgangsbohrungen (ASF-V) befestigt. Verwendung Aufgrund seiner Starrheit findet dieses Linearset in mechanischen Konstruktionen, sowie in Werkzeugmaschinen von hoher Präzision seine Verwendung. Die wichstigsten Vorteile sind : hohe Belastbarkeit, kompakt und gute Hitzebeständigkeit. Konstruktion Komplett aus Metal , es besteht aus gehärtetem Legiertem Stahl, welches bei Qualität B geschlif- fen und bei Qualität A zusätzlich geläppt ist. Die Kugeln bewegen sich in einem massiv gefrästen Messingkäfig.
